江汉油田老区特殊复杂井固井工艺改进与实践
The Improvement and Practice of Cementing Technology for Special and Complex Wells in Old Areas of Jianghan Oilfield

江汉油田经过多年的压裂、开采、回注,压力系统早已紊乱,特别是王场老油区,钻井过程中常常钻遇局部高压溢流地层、恶性井漏地层等,给钻井施工造成非常大的困难,使得固井施工难度增大。以王新32斜-7井为例,对老区复杂井固井施工难点进行了分析,并提出固井技术改进措施,确定固井施工工艺与水泥浆体系设计,完成了现场施工和固井质量检测。研究结果表明,提出的固井工艺改进措施能有效保证固井质量,有效地封固了油层段,有利于后期的油层分层开采。该固井工艺技术的推广应用可以有效解决该类特殊复杂井固井难题。
Abstract:
After many years of fracturing, production and reinjection in Jianghan Oilfield, the pressure sys-tem has been disorganized, especially in the old oil area of Wangchang Oilfield. In the process of drilling, local high pressure overflow formation and malignant well leakage formation were often drilled, which caused great difficulties in drilling operations, and more difficulties in cementing operations. By taking Well WX 32 inclined-7 well as an example, the difficulties of cementing in complex wells in the old areas were analyzed, and the measures for improvement of cementing technology were put forward, and the cementing technology and its slurry system were designed. At the same time, the field operation and cementing quality were inspected. The results show that the improved cementing technology can effectively guarantee the cementing quality, and the cementing quality of the oil layer reaches a good quality, effectively seal the oil layer, and it is beneficial for stratified production of the oil layers at the late stage. The cementing technology is popularized and applied, which can effectively solve the cementing problems of such special complex wells.
