摘要: 由于目前高校科研成果管理方式主要采用报表或人工方式，导致相关信息无法及时共享，管理起来极不方便。为加强高校科研成果管理，促进成果的及时共享和交流，设计高校科研成果管理系统。主要开发工具为Eclipse，前端技术采用Jsp + HTML + CSS以及JavaScript，后端技术主要采用Java，数据库为MySQL。本系统具有完整的业务流程，采用响应式开发，用户交互界面良好，可以很好地满足高校科研成果管理的需求，在实际中具有一定的应用意义和推广价值。

Abstract: At present, the management mode of scientific research achievements in universities mainly adopts reports or artificial ways. It easily leads to the inability to share relevant information in time and is very inconvenient. In order to strengthen the management of scientific research achievements, a management system for scientific research achievements in universities is designed. The main development tools are Eclipse, the front end technology adopts Jsp + HTML + CSS and JavaScript. The back-end technology mainly adopts Java and the database adopts MySQL. The system has a complete business process and the user interface is good. It can well meet the needs of the management of scientific research in universities, and it has a certain value of application and promotion in practice.
