多元文化经验对创造性的影响
The Influence of Multicultural Experience on Creativity
摘要: 多元文化经验是指个体在与他种文化进行接触时,所获得的所有经验。本文论述了多元文化经验与创造性关系的研究结果,并从认知、刻板印象、实在论信念以及原型启发角度探讨了多元文化经验影响创造性的机制。针对多元文化经验有选择性地提高创造性,未来研究在克服实验任务差异化以及研究方法单一等不足的基础上,还应控制个体差异,从原型启发角度出发,明确多元文化经验影响创造性的内在机制,建构二者的关系模型。
Abstract: Multicultural experience refers to all the experience gained by individuals in their contact with other cultures. This paper discusses the results of multiculturalism and creativity research and explores the mechanisms by which multicultural experience affects creativity from the perspec-tives of cognition, stereotype, realism and archetypal inspiration. Based on the diversity of expe-rience to selectively enhance creativity, future research to overcome the differences in experi-mental tasks and research methods, such as the lack of a single, but also should from the perspective of prototype inspiration, control individual differences and clear multicultural experience affect the creative mechanism to build the relationship between the two models.
