Abstract: The psychological counseling of the Balint group can help doctors to reduce the negative expe-rience in clinical work, and improve doctors’ ability to deal with the doctor-patients’ relationship and medical ethics sensitivity to reduce occupational burnout. Finally, Balint group can achieve the purpose of creating value for the patient. Through literature review and hypothesis deduction, this paper deduces the propositions of goal interdependence and transactive memory on the effect of psychological counseling in Balint group. After putting forward the propositions, the relevant research methods would be used in the follow-up study to test the propositions in order to verify the goal interdependence and transactive memory on the effect of the psychological counseling activities in Balint group.
