高血压脑出血患者预防肺部感染的护理研究

Nursing Research on Prevention of Lung Infection in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

摘要: 目的：探讨高血压脑出血患者行综合护理干预对预防肺部感染的作用。方法：抽取2015年6月至2017年6月间我院收治的高血压脑出血患者92例为研究对象，以临床所用护理方法分组：试验组46例行常规护理，观察组46例行综合护理干预，对比两组肺部感染发生率，评估护理满意程度。结果：1) 观察组肺部感染率6.52%显著低于试验组21.74% (P < 0.05)；2) 观察组护理满意评分(89.45 ± 3.25)分显著高于试验组(70.63 ± 6.82)分(P < 0.05)。结论：高血压脑出血患者护理中综合护理干预对肺部感染具有预防作用，有利于提高护理满意程度，值得借鉴。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 92 cases hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients of our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the re-search object, and divided into groups using clinical nursing method: experimental group of 46 cases with routine nursing and the observation group of 46 cases with routine comprehensive nursing intervention are compared for incidence of pulmonary infection to evaluate satisfaction with care. Results: 1) The lung infection rate of the observed group was 6.52% significantly lower than the experimental group 21.74% (P < 0.05). 2) The nursing satisfaction score of observation group (89.45 ± 3.25) was significantly higher than that of the test group (70.63 ± 6.82) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has a preventive effect on pulmonary infection, which is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction.
