基于关联规则的商业银行个性化产品推荐
Personalized Product Recommendation of Commercial Banks Based on Association Rules
摘要:
客户是商业银行的核心竞争力。本文分析了商业银行的实际需求,基于统一建模语言进行了系统分析与设计。采用面向对象的方法,开发了个人客户关系管理原型系统。应用关联规则算法进行产品推荐,实现精准营销和个性化服务。
Abstract:
Customers are the core competitiveness of commercial banks. This paper analyzes the actual demands of commercial banks. The design specification is completed based on unified modeling language. A personal customer relationship management prototype system has been developed using the object-oriented method. In this system, association rules algorithm is applied to product recommendation, so as to achieve precise marketing and personalized service.
