彩叶桂花新品种“紫嫣公主”
A New Colorful Sweet Osmanthus Cultivar “Ziyan Gongzhu”
摘要: “紫嫣公主”是从银桂栽培品种的实生后代中发现的彩叶桂花新品种。其嫩枝紫红色，幼叶至成年叶期依次呈现紫红、浅黄、墨绿等颜色变化，彩色观赏期达半年之久。预计可在秦岭、淮河以南有桂花自然分布的区域内作为园林观赏植物引种栽培。
Abstract:
“Ziyan Gongzhu” is a new colorful Osmanthus fragrans cultivar selected from the seedling of Osmanthus fragrans Albus Group. Its twigs are purplish red, and the leaves from the young leaves to the adult leaves show changes in color such as purple, light yellow, and dark green, and the color viewing period is up to half a year. It is expected that it can be introduced as a garden ornamental plant in the natural distribution area of Osmanthus in the Qinling Mountains and south of the Huaihe River.
