摘要: 信息技术在当今社会发展越来越迅速，互联网在我们教育教学中的应用越来越广泛，基于互联网背景下的“在线学习”作为一种教学平台的发展显得尤为迅速。它已成为现代教育教学非常重要的一部分。在实施传统班级教学的同时，需要充分利用现代信息和网络技术，创设在线学习平台和教学平台，合理整合传统班级教学和在线学习的优势，重新进行教学系统化设计，体现以学习者为主导和中心的建构主义思想，转变教师的权威观，使教师在学习过程中成为学习者的引导者、辅导者、帮助者和伙伴，使学生能够学会学习，努力实现教育公平和终身教育的理念。

Abstract: Information technology is developing more and more rapidly in today’s society. The Internet is more and more widely used in our education and teaching. The development of “online learning” as a teaching platform based on the Internet background is particularly rapid. It has become a very important part of modern education and teaching. While implementing traditional class teaching, it is necessary to make full use of modern information and network technology, create an online learning platform and teaching platform, rationally integrate the advantages of traditional class teaching and online learning, and re-engineer systematically design, embodying learner-led and the central constructivist ideology, transforming the teacher’s authority view, making the teacher become the learner’s guide, mentor, helper and partner in the learning process, so that students can learn to learn and strive to realize the concept of educational fairness and lifelong education.
