院前急救团队成功复苏一例重度窒息濒死儿

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation of Stillborn Infants Successfully by Pre-Hospital Emergency Team

摘要: 重度窒息濒死儿是新生儿窒息死亡的主要人群。加强对重度窒息濒死儿的抢救，减少其死亡和并发症发生，对降低围产儿死亡率具有重要意义。本文介绍一例院前急救团队成功复苏重度窒息濒死儿的病例，并将复苏经过及经验与大家分享，对提高院前急救团队在院外复苏重度窒息濒死儿的成功率至关重要。

Abstract: Severe asphyxia of stillborn infants is the main group of neonatal asphyxia death. Strengthening the rescue of severely asphyxia of stillborn infants, reducing their death and complications, is of great significance in reducing perinatal mortality. This article describes a case of a pre-hospital emergency team successfully recovering severely asphyxia of stillborn infants, meantime shares the process and experience with the pre-hospital emergency team which is critical to improving the success rate of the pre-hospital emergency team in the recovery of severe suffocation.
