白塞病合并心腔内血栓的诊疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Behcet’s Disease Complicated with Intracardiac Thrombosis

摘要: 目的：探讨白塞病合并心腔内血栓的临床表现，提高对白塞病的认识。方法：分析其临床特征，并总结治疗方案。结果：白塞病合并心腔内血栓极为罕见，常见于男性，多位于右侧心腔，形成机制尚不明确，临床表现多为发热、咯血和气短，超声心动图和胸部计算机断层扫描检查等有助于诊断。结论：本病患者预后差，目前临床治疗多联合应用激素、免疫抑制剂和抗凝剂，少数需外科干预，多学科协作有利于疾病诊治。

Abstract: Background and aim of the study: To investigate the clinical manifestations of Behcet’s disease combined with intracardiac thrombosis and to improve the understanding of Behcet’s disease. Methods: Analyze its clinical characteristics and summarize the treatment plan. Results: Behcet’s disease with intracardiac thrombosis is extremely rare, common in men, mostly located in the right ventricular cavity; the formation mechanism is unclear; clinical manifestations are mostly fever, hemoptysis and shortness of breath; echocardiography and chest computed tomography examination are helpful for diagnosis. Conclusion: The prognosis of patients with this disease is poor. At present, clinical treatment is mostly combined with hormones, immunosuppressants and anticoagulants, and a few patients need surgical intervention. Multidisciplinary cooperation is conducive to the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
