吉林地区土壤阳离子交换量测定方法研究

摘要: 阳离子交换量(CEC)是反映土壤肥力的重要指标。该文使用NYT 1121.5-2006中盐酸–乙酸钙测定法对吉林地区中性及弱酸性土壤的阳离子交换量值进行测定,并对方法条件进一步优化。结果表明,该方法可以扩大应用范围至中性及弱酸性土壤的测定,操作简单便捷,洗脱次数少,精密度、准确度良好,适于吉林地区土壤中阳离子交换量的测定。
Abstract: The cation exchange capacity (CEC) is an important indicator of soil fertility. In this paper, the cation exchange capacity values of neutral and weakly acidic soils in Jilin area were measured using the hydrochloric acid-calcium acetate method in NYT 1121.5-2006, and the method conditions were further optimized. The results showed that this method can expand the application range to the determination of weakly acidic soils. The operation is simple and convenient, the number of elution is small, the precision and accuracy are good, and it is suitable for the determination of cation exchange capacity in the soil of Jilin area.
