高校就业指导队伍专业化建设的进展与问题思考
Thoughts on the Progress and Problems in the Specialization Construction of College Employment Guidance Team
摘要:
自高校就业指导队伍建设的提出已有十多年的发展,当前已在政策导向、建立交流网络平台以及制定培训内容标准和开展培训活动等方面取得一定进展,但仍存在队伍数量不足、准入制度缺乏专业要求、没有系统的专业培训及职位评定与实际不符等方面问题。本文对这些问题展开了一些思考和讨论。
Abstract:
Since the establishment of the employment guidance team in colleges and universities has been developed for more than ten years, it has made some progress in policy orientation, establishment of communication network platform, development of training content standards and training activities, but there are still some problems such as insufficient teams’ number, lacking professional requirements in admission system, not having systematic and professional training, and not matching in position evaluation and actual inconsistency. This article has some thoughts and discussions on these issues.
