青少年自我同一性及其家庭干预方法

摘要: 自我同一性(ego-identity)这一概念最初由心理学家埃里克森开始使用,是一种关于个体对自我的认识、未来要向什么方向发展以及自己在社会中的位置等稳固且连贯的认知。本文对自我同一性的概念和理论发展、影响青少年自我同一性的因素,尤其是家庭因素,进行了详细的介绍。对相关的家庭干预方案进行了综述,并在最后根据青少年自我同一性的家庭影响因素,整合萨提亚家庭治疗和结构式家庭治疗设计了新的青少年自我同一性家庭干预方案,这一干预方案通过每次2小时的八次家庭治疗,促进家庭成员之间的相互理解,帮助青少年的自我同一性建立。
Abstract: The concept of self-identity was first used by the psychologist Erik H. Erikson. It is a solid and consistent cognition of the individual’s sense of self, the direction of the future and social position. This paper introduces the concept and theory of self-identity, the factors that affect the self-identity of teenagers, especially the family factors are introduced in detail. A review of the relevant family intervention programs was conducted. Finally, based on the family impact factors of the self-identity of adolescents, we design a new adolescent self-identity family intervention program with the integration of Satir family therapy and structural family therapy. The intervention promotes mutual understanding among family members through eight family sessions of two hours at a time, to help young people develop their self-identity.
