摘要:
研究并构建了环境监测社会化服务监管工作所涉及的业务流程、过程监管和信息公开等业务管理和质量监管信息化系统。并以上海市环境监测社会化服务监管系统为例，展示了机构备案、监测任务、过程监控、质量监控、信用评价和信息公开等在监管系统中的具体应用实现。
Abstract:
The paper probes into and attempts to construct an operation management and quality control system of the environmental monitoring social service supervision, such as operation flow, process management and information publication. Exemplified by Shanghai environmental monitoring social service supervision system, the paper also demonstrates how institution recording, task monitoring, process control, quality control, credit rating information publication function in the supervision system.
