摘要: 协议库存作为电网物资主要采购形式和供应保障策略，在电网企业采购经营管理的过程中占据了重要的地位。基于电力物资协议库存前端需求管理未与需求侧形成协同预测，执行过程中未能很好的进行执行情况监控及预警等现状，进一步加强电力公司物资全环节协议库存采购管理，建立完整的协议库存管理管控机制，提升协议库存管理的整体效率。

Abstract: As the main form of procurement and supply support strategy, the agreement inventory occupies an important position in the process of power grid enterprise procurement management. On the basis of the demand management of the front end of the power supplies agreement, the management of the full link of the power company is further strengthened, and the complete management mechanism of the agreement inventory management is established to improve the agreement inventory management.
