大学生医保参保现状与影响因素分析

Analysis on the Status Quo and Influencing Factors of College Students’ Medical Insurance Participation

摘要: 伴随我国疾病风险发生率的提高和医疗费用的上涨，医疗保险受到了前所未有的关注。作为我国一类特殊且重要的人群，受各种因素的限制，大学生医保参保率还有待提高。文章以河南省郑州市大学生为研究对象，通过问卷调查的方式了解大学生的医保意识、参保情况及相关的影响因素，探讨影响因素背后的深层次原因。研究发现，大学生医保参保率与大学生所学的专业、学历层次、经济状况、城乡户籍，以及其对医保服务的满意度评价等因素有关，最后提出提高大学生医保参保率的建议。

Abstract: With the increase in the incidence of disease risk and the rise in medical expenses in China, medical insurance has received unprecedented attention. As a special and important group in China, due to the restriction of medical insurance, the participation rate of medical insurance for college students needs to be improved. This paper takes college students from Zhengzhou City, Henan Province as the research object, uses questionnaires to understand the medical insurance awareness, participation status and related influencing factors of college students, and explores the deep-seated reasons behind the influencing factors. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of medical insurance for college students.
