Practice of Business Analyzing of Municipal Electricity Power Supplying Company

摘要: 运营监测(控)中心是供电公司经营管理活动的综合运行部门，业务范围包括全面监测、运营分析、协调控制、全景展示等，业务对象主要是影响公司经营的外部环境、主营业务活动的综合绩效和关键流程效率，以及核心资源的动态情况和利用效率等。在运监中心的业务中，分析处于核心地位。如何组织和开展分析业务，从而实现运监中心定位与职能，成为关系运监中心持续发展的关键问题。本文从企业分析出发，着重论述了新型分析业务特点和组织方式，提出适应公司需求和中心发展的分析模式，并结合本单位的分析能力建设实践进行了论证。

Abstract: Business Operation Monitoring Center (BOMC) focuses on comprehensive management of operating. Its business includes supervising, analyzing, coordinating and demonstrating. Its object includes environment, benefits and effectiveness. The most important part is analyzing, which contributes to realization of BOMC’s mission and concerns its long-term development. The paper deals with the characteristic and operating of modern analysis and raises the mode of analysis which adapts to development of company and BOMC. And the practice is mentioned basing on Electricity Power Supplying Company of Shijiazhuang.
