金银花光合特性的日变化研究

摘要: 利用光合蒸腾仪、光度仪和荧光测定仪测定各个光合参数、光照强度和叶绿素荧光参数,分析金银花主要环境因子的日变化和净光合速率的关系、净光合速率和细胞间隙CO2浓度的关系、光照强度、温度与净光合速率的关系和叶绿素荧光动力学参数的日变化。研究表明,温度和光照强度都呈现出先上升后下降的趋势;金银花的净光合速率呈现出显著的双峰型趋势,即存在光合午休的现象;净光合速率和细胞间隙CO2浓度呈现出负相关性关系;金银花在正午会出现光抑制现象,并且具有光合保护机制。
Abstract: Using photosynthesis, transpiration and optical apparatus determine various photosynthetic parameters and fluorescence detector, light intensity and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, this paper analyzes the main environmental factors of the honeysuckle daily variation and the concentration of net photosynthetic rate, the concentration of NET photosynthetic rate and Inter cellular of CO2, light intensity, temperature and the relationship between net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics parameters of daily variation. Studies show that temperature and light intensity are presented first after rising downward trend; Net photosynthetic rate of honeysuckle presents a significant trend of bimodal type, which has the phenomenon of photosynthetic lunch; net photosynthetic rate and inter cellular CO2 concentration have certain negative correlation; Honeysuckle can appear in the midday light inhibition phenomena, and photosynthetic protection mechanism.
