卒中相关性肺炎的中西医诊疗进展

摘要: 随着脑卒中发病率的增加，卒中相关肺炎的发病率呈逐渐上升趋势，卒中相关性肺炎的发病原因除了常见的年龄、吞咽困难、神经功能缺损和意识障碍等危险因素，还与免疫功能障碍有密切关系，中西医联合干预卒中相关性肺炎起到协同治疗作用。
Abstract: With the increase of the incidence of stroke, the incidence of stroke related pneumonia is increasing gradually. The cause of stroke related pneumonia is closely related to immune dysfunction, except common age, dysphagia, nerve function defect and consciousness disorder. The combination of Chinese and Western medicine intervention on stroke related lung Inflammation plays a synergistic effect.
