翻转课堂视角下教师角色的转变
Changing of Teacher’s Role from the Perspective of the Flipped Classroom
摘要: 信息技术的发展不仅使社会发展迅速,同时也促进了教育的现代化发展。传统的授课方式已经不能适应社会的发展和教育对人才的需求,因此,新型教学方式和手段不断出现,翻转课堂就是一种结合现代教育技术与传统教育原理的新型授课方式。翻转课堂作为一种颠覆传统课堂教与学的教学模式,带来的不仅是教学观念和教学方法的改变,随之发生改变的还有教师的角色转变。在这种新时代的教育背景下,高校教师必须转变教育观念,更新教育手段,转变教学方法,重新认识自身的定位,借助多种途径和手段积极促进角色转变才能完成信息技术时代赋予教师的新任务、新角色。
Abstract: The development of information technology has not only made the society develop rapidly, but also promoted the modernization of education. The traditional teaching methods have not adapted to the development of the society and the demand for talents. Therefore, the new teaching methods are constantly emerging. The flipping class is a new teaching method combining the modern educational technology and the traditional education principle. As a model that subverts the traditional classroom teaching and learning, the overturned class brings not only the change of teaching ideas and teaching methods, but also the change of the role of teachers. Under the educational background of this new era, college teachers must change their educational ideas, renew educational means, change teaching methods, re-understand their own position, and actively promote role transformation by means of various ways and means to complete the new task and new role given to teachers in the age of information technology.
