摘要: 结合风险矩阵的应用，制定一整套的集中采购物资结算风险防控策略和措施，并配套常态化信息收集机制和预警机制等，确保对于各类风险的防控措施及时、到位，提高公司物资结算工作中的风险管控能力。
Abstract: According to the application of the risk matrix, a set of strategies and measures for the prevention and control of the risk of centralized purchasing material settlement are formulated, and the normalization information collection mechanism and early warning mechanism are set up to ensure that the prevention and control measures for all kinds of risks are in time and in place, and the risk management and control ability in the company’s material settlement work will be improved.
