关于合作学习小组结构及其稳定性的实证研究
An Empirical Study on the Structure and Stability of Cooperative Learning Groups
摘要:
本文以《大学物理》课程为基础对于合作学习小组结构及其稳定性做了实证分析研究。合作有效的小组结构和组长选择,能促使小组合作取得有效的学习效果。研究通过调查问卷及相关性分析方法,发现了成员的领导组织能力和社交活跃程度是小组推选组长时关注的因素。研究也通过社会网络分析方法讨论了小组稳定结构的构成形式和特征。
Abstract:
Based on the course of college physics, this paper makes an empirical study on the structure and stability of cooperative learning groups. Cooperative and effective group structure and group leader selection can promote the effective learning effect of group cooperation. Through questionnaire survey and correlation analysis, we can find that the leadership and organization ability and social activity of the members are the factors of concern when selecting group leaders. The research also discusses the formation and characteristics of the group's stable structure through social network analysis.
