基于多级综合模型的教学质量评价
Evaluation Model of Multi-Level Teaching Quality
摘要: 教学质量是一所学校的灵魂,客观、科学、公正的评价教学质量对提高教师年度考核、教学积极性等有重要意义。本文运用模糊综合评价,通过确定因素集、评语集、权重集、评判矩阵和综合评判,进行一定的计算,建立某校教学质量评价的多级模糊综合模型,使评价更具公平性、合理性和科学性。
Abstract:
The quality of teaching is the soul of a school. The objective, scientific, and impartial evaluation of teaching quality is of great significance to improve teachers’ annual assessment and teaching en-thusiasm. By identifying factor sets, comment sets, weight sets, judgment matrixes, and compre-hensive evaluation, and carring out a certain calculation, we establish a multi-level comprehensive model of teaching quality evaluation in a school. Our goal is to make evaluation more fair, reasonable and scientific.
