大学生心理健康教育“人格塑造”的互动式教学活动设计

摘要: 如何认识人格,怎样评价人格差异,人格差异对大学生成长成才有哪些影响,这都是当代大学生们面临的现实问题。 本文以大学生心理健康教育课程中“人格塑造”为主题,围绕如何塑造健全的人格,帮助大学生们正确认识和理解人格及其差异,对人格现象进行有效的解释和调整,利用气质、性格、自我调控系统的特性,扬长避短,在学习、生活和工作中塑造健全的人格。
Abstract: How to understand personality, how to evaluate personality differences, personality differences on the growth of college students have any impact, which are contemporary college students are facing realistic problems. Based on the theme of “personality molding” in college students’ mental health education, this paper focuses on how to shape a sound personality, help college students understand and comprehend the personality and its difference, and explain and adjust the personality phenomenon effectively, and use the characteristics of temperament, character and self-control system to avoid weaknesses, in learning to shape a sound personality in life and work.
