江苏省属国有企业混合所有制改革绩效评估思考

Thoughts on Performance Evaluation on the Mixed Ownership Reform of State-Owned Enterprises in Jiangsu Province

摘要: 按照中央国有企业混合所有制改革的整体部署要求，江苏省属国企混合所有制改革不断提速，近五年间省属企业利润年均增长达13.7%。2018年，江苏将迎来国企改革窗口期，多项改革措施将进一步推进、突破，落地。在取得初步成效的同时，我们也看到了在所有制改革进程中出现的不足，本文将从改革绩效评估体系的建立与完善中分析江苏省属企业混合所有制改革。

Abstract: In accordance with the requirements of the overall deployment of the mixed ownership reform of the central state-owned enterprises, the reform of the mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises in Jiangsu province is increasing rapidly, and the average annual growth of the provincial en-terprises’ profits has reached 13.7% in the last five years. In 2018, Jiangsu Province will welcome the window period of state-owned enterprise’s reform, and a lot of reform measures will further promote, break through and implement. At the same time, we have also seen the shortcomings of the reform process in the ownership system. This article will analyze the reform of the mixed ownership of Jiangsu provincial enterprises from the establishment and improvement of the reform performance evaluation system.
