关于青岛市粮食流通新业态监管改革的探讨

Discussion on the Reform of Grain Circulation Regulation of Qingdao

摘要: 粮食流通监管是保障岛城粮食安全的重要组成部分，是保障百姓口粮安全的重要防线，始终受到市政府、市粮食局的高度重视。然而，近年来青岛市的粮食流通模式正发生着深刻的变革，原有的监管模式亟待创新升级。本文通过对青岛市粮食流通新业态中的变化和问题进行探讨，提出了青岛市当前粮食流通监管中存在的几点风险，并就如何加强新业态下粮食流通监管谈了几点建议。

Abstract: In recent years, the grain circulation model in Qingdao is undergoing profound changes, and the original supervision model needs to be innovated and upgraded. This paper probes into the changes and problems in the new pattern of grain circulation, puts forward some risks existing in the current supervision of grain circulation in Qingdao, and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the supervision of grain circulation under the new pattern.
