摘要: 魔芋作为一种日常食用蔬菜,受到人们的欢迎和喜爱。近年来随着魔芋深加工技术的发展,魔芋系列食品的开发与研究,以及魔芋葡甘聚糖在医药、化工等方面特殊的应用价值;近年魔芋的收购价格一路走高,种植效益好,农民的经济收入增加,种植积极性提高,面积不断扩大。
Abstract: As a daily edible vegetable, konjac is welcomed and loved by people. In recent years, because of the development of konjac deep processing technology, the development and research of konjac food and the special application value of konjac glucomannan in medicine and chemical industry, the acquisition price of konjac has been rising all the way in recent years .The good planting efficiency increased the peasants’ economical income and their enthusiasm for planting. What’s more,the area of konjac cultivation has been expanding.
