关于开设《数据侦查》课程的几点思考

摘要: 在犯罪形势日益严峻的背景下，在警察院校开设数据侦查课程顺应了公安实务部门的需求，有助于提升警校毕业生的实战能力、应变能力、竞争力，也有助于促进数据侦查理论发展和应用。数据侦查课程作为一门新开设的课程，在开设课程重要性、开设课程的条件、课程定位和目标、课程内容设置等方面都值得我们深入思考。只有充分研究开设课程诸方面的要素，才能发挥新设课程应有的价值。

Abstract: Against the background of the increasingly severe crime situation, the establishment of data in-vestigation courses in police academies conforms to the needs of the public security practice de-partments, which helps to improve the actual abilities, resilience, and competitive strength of the graduates of the police academies, and also helps to promote the development and application of data investigation theory. As a newly opened course, data detection courses are worthy of our in-depth consideration in terms of the importance of setting up courses, the conditions for setting up courses, course positioning and goals, and course content setting. Only by fully studying the elements of the curriculum, the new curriculum can be brought into fully playing a valuable role.
