摘要: 目的：评价干扰素α-2b对豚鼠生殖器疱疹病毒感染的死亡抑制及治疗作用。方法：采用豚鼠生殖器疱疹病毒感染模型观察干扰素α-2b的死亡保护作用及治疗作用。结果：干扰素α-2b对豚鼠生殖器疱疹病毒感染具有明显的死亡保护作用，同时具有显著的治疗作用，且治疗作用随给药次数增加而增强。结论：干扰素α-2b对豚鼠生殖器疱疹病毒感染具有死亡保护及治疗作用。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate death suppression and therapeutic effect of interferon α-2b on genital herpes virus infection in guinea pig. Methods: To observe death suppression and therapeutic effect of interferon α-2b with genital herpes virus infection model of guinea pig. Results: Interferon α-2b showed significant protective effect on guinea pig genital herpes virus infection and significant therapeutic effect, the therapeutic effect is enhanced with the increase of the number of times of administration. Conclusion: Interferon α-2b possessed death suppression and therapeutic effect of interferon α-2b on genital herpes virus infection in guinea pig.
