新时代背景下《城市总体规划》课程教学改革
Education Reform of Urban Master Planning Curriculum in the New Era
摘要:
随着2016年“人居三”的召开及《新城市议程》的提出,大数据、物联网等数据及技术革新,及国内城市总体规划编制改革的新要求,《城市总体规划》课程教学改革迫在眉睫,在教学内容、教师队伍、教学方式及考核方式等方面均应有所行动,将城市发展新模式、新数据、新技术及新规划思路与理念融入该课程的教学,依托多元教师队伍,采用多种教学方式,突出过程性考核及实践性教学,实现学生的综合能力培养目标体系,包括理论认知及方法应用、独立思考及综合分析能力、口头表达能力、PPT制作及作图技能、小组协作能力等。通过能力的培养与提升,才能保证学生应对时代需求。
Abstract:
With Habitat III holding and The New Urban Agenda publishing, new data and technology innovation such as Big data and Internet of Things, and new requirement for of urban master planning compilation, education reform for urban master planning curriculum is extremely urgent. This study proposes four fields, like content of courses, teacher troop, teaching methods and examination methods should be taken into action, by integrating new urban development models, new data and technology, and new ideas in the contents, depending on multiple types of teachers, using various kinds of teaching methods and examination methods to realize multiple aims. These aims can be classified as theoretical recognition and methodology application, independent thinking and synthetic analysis, oral expression, PPT making and map drawing, and group cooperation. Thus, the students can cope well with the new era.
