深化医教协同提高住院医师培养质量

摘要: 规范化培训是住院医师职业生涯的开端。医教协同提升规范化培训的内涵和品质，既要重视住院医师的临床理论教学及实践教学，还应加强对规培医师的医学人文素养培训及科学研究精神培养，使住院医师逐渐成长为具有综合素质的创新型临床医学人才。
Abstract: The standardized training of residents is the beginning of their career. Improving the content and quality of the standardized training under the collaboration of medicine and education should not only pay attention to the clinical theory teaching and clinical practice skills training, but also should strengthen the cultivation of medical humanistic quality and scientific spirit for residents, which would help the residents to grow into innovative clinical medical talents with comprehensive quality.
