摘要: 网络欺凌问题伴随着网络传播技术与社交平台的发展而来，在世界范围内层出不穷，逐步发展成为严重的社会问题，受到各个国家的广泛关注。然而，国内外研究者们对于网络欺凌的概念及其内涵尚未达成明确共识，且现存的网络欺凌概念多从传统欺凌的内涵中衍生而来，在互联网环境中适用性不足。因此，厘清网络欺凌与传统欺凌的不同之处，抓住网络欺凌自身的特殊属性尤为必要。

Abstract: With the development of network communication technology and social platform, cyber bullying has emerged in endlessly all over the world, and gradually developed into a serious social problem, which has attracted wide attention from various countries. However, researchers at home and abroad have not reached a clear consensus on the concept and connotation of cyber bullying, and the existing concepts of cyber bullying derive from the connotation of traditional bullying, which is inadequate in the Internet environment. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the differences between cyber bullying and traditional bullying, and grasp the special attributes of cyber bullying itself.
