摘要: 为了准确地测定排污入海河口的污水和临近海域海水中的生化需氧量,检测人员应用国家颁布的经典方法:稀释与接种法及五日培养法(BOD5),对污水及海水样品进行检测,通过反复试验最终找出影响检测结果准确性的几个关键控制技术,供大家参考。
Abstract: In order to accurately measure the biochemical oxygen demand of sewage and sewage estuary near the sea, the classic method of application state inspectors issued dilution and inoculation method and five day incubation method (BOD5), to detect the sewage and seawater samples, through repeated tests, finally finding out the influence of the accuracy of the testing result of several key control technology for your reference.
