师范生学科教学知识形成途径略论
On the Forming Way of Teaching Knowledge of Normal Students
摘要:
学科教学知识是教师专业知识的核心知识领域,对于教师专业能力的发展起着至关重要的作用。师范生的学科知识经由经验和体会实践教学理念,获得教学“现场”的知识内容。将理论性知识验证在教学实践中,形成有效教学知识结构的转变,从而达到实务知识,即学科教学知识。教师教育应以教育理念的师范性、学科内容的专业性、教学途径的实践性为突破口,构建培养师范生学科教学知识是实践型教师教育人才培养模式。
Abstract:
Pedagogical Content Knowledge is the core of teachers’ professional knowledge and plays a crucial role in the development of teachers’ professional ability. The subject knowledge of normal students is to acquire the knowledge content of teaching scene through experience and experience of practical teaching concept. The theoretical knowledge is verified in the teaching practice, forming the transformation of effective teaching knowledge structure, so as to achieve practical knowledge, that is, subject teaching knowledge. The pedagogical nature of educational idea, the specialty of subject content and the practicality of teaching approach should be regarded as an important part of teachers’ education. Cultivating subject pedagogical knowledge of normal students is the training mode of practice-oriented teachers.
