异物性食管穿孔致纵隔脓肿未规律治疗痊愈一例并文献复习

A Case Report and Literature Review of Foreign Body Perforation of Esophagus with Mediastinal Abscess

摘要: 本文报道一例因异物致食管穿孔，并发纵隔脓肿及全身感染病例，患者一度出现感染加重症状，极易并发脓毒血症危及生命或纵隔脓肿致血管破裂等情况，危及患者生命，但由于患者个人原因，依从性极差，未进行规律持续治疗，最终患者几近痊愈，有待临床探讨。

Abstract: This article reports a case of foreign body perforation of esophagus complicated with mediastinal abscess and systemic infection. Once the patient’s infection worsened, it’s easy to cause septicopyemia and angiorrhexis, which would be life-threatening. However because the patient’s poor adherence, without regular treatment, the patient is almost cured, this clinical case is worthy to be discussed.
