沉浸体验的研究综述与展望

摘要: 沉浸体验理论(Flow Theory)是由Csikszentmihalyi在20世纪70年代首先提出的。沉浸体验是一种正向的、积极的心理体验,它会使个体参与活动时获得很大的愉悦感,从而促使个体反复进行同样的活动而不会厌倦。沉浸体验是积极心理学之中非常令人关注的领域之一。这篇文章简述了沉浸体验的发展历史、研究领域,以及沉浸体验的测量及其相关应用研究。
Abstract: Flow theory was first proposed by Csikszentmihalyi in the nineteen seventies. Flow is a positive psychological experience, and it will give the individual who participates in activities great plea-sure, so that the individual repeatedly does the same activities and never tired. Flow is a field of positive psychology that is concerned. This article overviews the flow research history, fields, the development of flow and the measurement of flow.
