当前殡葬改革的问题与思考—以江西省“抢棺”事件为例

The Problems and Reflections for the Funeral Reform—Taking the Case of “Grabbing the Coffin” in Jiangxi Province as Example

摘要: 生老病死是自然规律，没人可以逃脱，死亡是每个社会人都必须面对的永恒话题。长期以来，我国对逝去的人实行土葬，讲究“入土为安”，这种传统延续了几千年，有着极强的影响力。随着城市的发展和人口的增长，尤其是在一、二线城市，已经没有足够的土地满足土葬需求。基于这种情况，国家近些年一直致力于推进以火葬为主的殡葬改革，但是改革充斥着矛盾与冲突，“强制平坟”、“抢棺”等负面消息不绝于耳，引发社会各界的广泛关注。文章以江西省殡葬改革中“抢棺”事件为分析案例，认为当前殡葬改革存在缺乏关乎人心的治理思维，工作开展不知以礼正俗和改革“一刀切”，忽视城乡差别性等一系列问题，并进一步提出推进改革的相关建议。

Abstract: Birth, aging, illness and death are natural laws. No one can escape, and death is an eternal topic that everyone in society must face. For a long time, China has practiced earth burial for those who have died and paid attention to “burial for safety”. This tradition has lasted for thousands of years and has a strong influence. With the development of cities and the growth of population, especially in the first and second tier cities, there is no enough land to meet the needs of earth burial. In view of this situation, the country has been committed to promoting cremation-oriented funeral reform in recent years, but the reform is full of contradictions and conflicts, and negative news, such as “forced equalization of graves” and “robbing coffins” is constantly heard, which has attracted wide attention from all walks of life. This paper takes the case study of “grabbing the coffin” in the funeral reform in Jiangxi province as an analysis case, and thinks that the current funeral reform lacks the governance thinking of the people, and it does not know how to use propriety and custom and reform in the work.
