苏北地区师范生教育专业理念与任教意愿相关调查研究
A Survey on the Educational Concept and Willingness of Teachers in Normal Universities in Northern Jiangsu
摘要: 教师专业化发展中,师范生培养成为教师队伍职业化的重要基础。教师专业理念是教师专业素质的重要维度,衡量着教师是否达到专业标准。师范生基于专业学习的从教态度与动机的选择,反过来也决定其专业化程度。研究苏北地区几所师范院校学生专业理念和任教意愿的现状,分析专业理念和任教意愿之间的关联。通过研究可以发现教师教育中存在的一些问题,通过合理化的建议,为教师教育的专业化、帮助师范生建立正确的专业理念,提升其专业度和专业竞争力,提供一些思路。
Abstract: In the professional development of teachers, the cultivation of normal students has become an important foundation for the professionalization of teachers. The professional concept of teachers is an important dimension of teachers’ professional quality, which measures whether teachers meet professional standards. In turn, the choice of teacher’s attitude and motivation based on professional learning determines the degree of specialization. This paper studies the current situation of students’ professional ideas and teaching willingness in several normal universities in northern Jiangsu, and analyzes the relationship between professional ideas and teaching willingness. Some existing problems in teacher education can be found in the research. Through reasonable suggestions, we will provide some ideas for the professionalization of teacher education, help normal students to establish correct professional concepts, enhance their professionalism and professional competitiveness.
