社会支持视角下家长参与脑瘫儿童康复训练研究—以D市残疾人康复中心为例
Rehabilitation of Cerebral Palsy Children Research under Social Support Perspective —The Case of Rehabilitation Center in D City

脑瘫儿童家长在脑瘫儿童康复过程中扮演着举足轻重的角色,因此,提高家长参与脑瘫儿童康复的程度与质量对促进脑瘫儿童的康复及家庭的和睦有重要作用。本文以D市残疾人康复中心的家长参与脑瘫儿童康复过程为例,指出家长对参与康复训练的重要性认知不足;家长对康复训练所需的专业技术掌握不够;家长获得的社会福利不足,导致参与质量不高。因此,文章提出了完善脑瘫儿童家长参与康复训练的社会政策;搭建家长参与康复训练的网络资源平台;加大社会工作服务对家长参与康复训练的支持力度;建立家访服务模式,提升家长参与度;提高家长对参与康复训练的认识;增加专业人员与家长的沟通与交流,从而加大对家长参与脑瘫儿童康复的社会支持力度。以此,构建起家长参与脑瘫儿童参与康复训练的社会支持体系。
Abstract:
The parents of cerebral palsy children play an important role in their children’s rehabilitation training. So, improving the quality and quantity of parents’ participation in their children’s reha-bilitation training is important for family’s harmony. This article takes examples from city D’s disabled rehabilitation center about parents’ participation in their children’s rehabilitation training. The article illustrates that parents have little knowledge about the importance of children’s rehabilitation training, and parents have not enough professional skills for children’s rehabilitation training, and parents cannot receive enough social welfare. These are factors causing low quality of participation. So this article presents some methods to improve social supports for parents’ participation in children’s rehabilitation training: improving social politics about parents’ participation; setting up an internet resources platform for parents to participate in rehabilitation training; increasing backup from social work to parents; setting up home-visited model to increase participation; raising parents’ awareness of rehabilitation training; increasing professional workers’ communication with parents. Based on these, a social support system is established for parents’ participation in cerebral palsy children’s rehabilitation training.
