Abstract: Lung cancer is a malignant tumor that seriously endangers human healthy. In the past 30 years, the morbidity and mortality of it have been rising in a straight line. It was considered that smoking is the main cause of lung cancer before, but the above opinion cannot explain the reason of lung cancer in more than 15% of non-smoking female patients. At present, it is still unclear that the cause of about half of non-smoking female patients who have lung cancer. In recent years, with mas-sive of studies on Asian women with lung cancer, the correlation between human papillomavirus in-fection and lung cancer has attracted more and more attention from researchers. This paper briefly reviews the research progress of the relationship between HPV and lung cancer in recent years.
