腹主动脉–肠系膜上动脉夹角的CTA测量及其与腹内脂肪沉积的相关性

摘要: 目的:通过CTA测量腹主动脉–肠系膜上动脉夹角(Aorta mesenteric Angle, AMA),并评估其与内脏脂肪面积(Visceral fat area, VFA)的相关性。方法:通过对226例正常成人的肠系膜上动脉CT分析,按照性别及腰臀比(waist-hip ratio, WHR)分成两组3个级别(I级:男性:WHR < 0.85;女性WHR < 0.65;II级:男性:WHR 0.85~0.95;女性:WHR:0.65~0.8;III级:男性WHR > 0.95;女性WHR > 0.8)。采用CT图像后处理技术测量并分析SMA主干及邻近正常解剖结构,分析其腹主动脉–肠系膜上动脉夹角(AMA)与VFA的相关性。结果:除8例因其它疾病引起AMA减小外,余下的218例作为观察对象,发现AMA随着VFA的增加而增大,尤其是女性增加明显。结论:AMA和VFA显著正相关(r = 0.53, 0.57, P0.03)。
Abstract: Objective: CTA was used to measure Aorta mesenteric Angle (AMA) and to evaluate its correlation with Visceral Fat Area (VFA). Method: To analyse the characteristics of superior mesenteric artery (SMA) of 226 normal adults on CT examination. The cases were divided into three groups according to genders and WHR (group 1: mankind: WHR < 0.85; female WHR < 0.65; group 2: mankind: WHR 0.85 - 0.95; female: WHR: 0.65 - 0.8; group 3: mankind WHR > 0.95; female WHR > 0.8) in both genders). The caliber of the SMA stem was measured and the adjacent anatomical structures were identified with CT post-processing technique, to analyse the relationships between AMA and VFA. Results: Except 8 cases caused by other diseases, the remaining 218 cases were observed, and it was found that the AMA increased with the increase of VFA, especially in females. Conclusion: The AMA measured by CTA significantly correlates with VFA in normal population (r = 0.53, 0.57, P0.03).
