摘要: 为进一步加强依法打击湛江市内各类固体废物倾倒行为，有效防范由此引起的生态破坏和环境污染，保障环境安全，文章特针对湛江市的实际情况，对固体废物非法倾倒事件处置程序进行浅析，供相关部门或群众在遇到固体废物非法倾倒事件进行处置时的参考。

Abstract: In order to further crack down on all kinds of solid waste dumping in Zhanjiang City according to law, effectively prevent the ecological damage and environmental pollution caused by it, and ensure environmental safety, this paper analyzes the disposal procedure of illegal solid waste dumping in accordance with the actual situation of Zhanjiang City, so as to provide the relevant departments or the masses with solid waste when they encounter the reference for illegal disposal of illegal.
