基于层次分析法在山区公路桥梁抗洪能力评估中的应用

摘要: 通过分析影响山区公路桥梁抗洪能力的主要指标建立了抗洪评估模型。采用专家现场勘测评分,构成抗洪指标的工作状态最低层评价标准,并运用德尔菲专家评分法和层次分析法取得各项分项指标对上一层指标影响的权重,最终获取山区公路桥梁抗洪功能性指标等级。通过工程实例,验证了综合评估基本模型的适用性和可靠性,对山区公路桥梁抗洪能力评价具有较好的指导意义。
Abstract: By analyzing the main indexes affecting the flood resistance capability of highway bridges in mountainous areas, the flood resistance evaluation model is cut. Using the expert field survey score, the minimum level evaluation standard of the working state of the flood resistance index is formed, and the Delphy expert scoring method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method are used to obtain the weight of the influence of the sub indexes on the upper level index, and finally the grade of the flood resistance function index of the mountain road and bridge is obtained. Through engineering examples, the applicability and reliability of the basic model of comprehensive evaluation are verified, which has a good guiding significance for the evaluation of flood resistance capability of highway bridges in mountainous areas.
