钟祥方言词汇特色浅析——以“天道”为例

A Brief Analysis of the Vocabulary Features of Zhongxiang Dialect—Take “Tiandao” as an Example

摘要: 钟祥方言中“天道”一词有以下两个特色：一是有两种读音：[t’iεn24tau214]与[t’iεn24•tau]；二是在含义上，除了有现代汉语普通话中“天道”一词的意义外，还保留有“天气”和“时候”两个意义。将“天道”理解为“时候”是钟祥方言的最大特点，但其含义只能表示时候较晚。

Abstract: In Zhongxiang dialect, the word “tiandao” has the following two characteristics: first, it has two pronunciations: [t’iεn24tau214] and [t’iεn24•tau]; second, in addition to the meaning of “tiandao” in modern mandarin, the “tiandao” in Zhongxiang dialect also retains the meaning of “weather” and “time”. It is the biggest characteristic of Zhongxiang dialect to interpret “tiandao” as “time”, but its meaning can only indicate the late time.
