浅淡我校高职护生临床教学实习现状及对策

Discussion on Current Clinical Teaching Practice of Nursing Students and Countermeasure in Aurora College

摘要: 目的：调查与分析高职护生临床教学实习现状以及对策，为高职护理教育提供参考。方法：选取我校在本市15所实习医院34个科室的带教老师为调查对象，在2015级护生实习结束前向调查对象发放我校自制的《实习生质量调查问卷》。结果：护生在临床实习中确实存在一些问题，可能的原因为缺乏学习主动性导致专业理论知识较薄弱；无操作考核的基础护理技术项目，护生重视程度低；未有实训机会的专科护理操作导致护生熟练度较低。结论：学校应加强护生的在校教育，培养护生的分析问题和解决问题能力，增加综合护理实训课，全面与临床相结合教师需要定时进入临床进修，学习护理前沿技术。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate and analyze the present situation and countermeasures of post internship for higher vocational nursing students and provide some suggestions to other higher vocational education schools. Method: 15 teachers from 34 hospitals in Shanghai were selected as the subjects. The questionnaire of the internships was distributed to the subjects before the end of the intern-ship of the fifteenth practice. There were some problems in clinical practice among nursing students. The possible reasons were lack of learning initiative and weak professional theoretical knowledge; lack of basic nursing technology items without operational assessment; lack of practical training opportunities. Conclusion: School should strengthen the education of nursing students in school, cultivate their ability to analyze and solve problems, increase comprehensive nursing training courses and integrate them with clinical practice. Teachers need to work in the hospital regularly and learn advanced nursing skills.
