摘要: 目的:探讨AQP1在不同转移潜能人鼻咽癌细胞中表达的差异。方法:利用RT-PCR及Western blot两种方法,检测CNE1、CNE2、5-8F三种不同转移潜能的人鼻咽癌细胞株中AQP1的表达情况,并分析AQP1表达与细胞转移潜能的关系。结果:在CNE1、CNE2及5-8F细胞株中均可检测到AQP1的表达。在三种不同转移潜能细胞株中,AQP1的表达量水平有统计学差异(P < 0.05)。而且,AQP1的表达水平随着细胞株转移潜能的增高而增加。结论:AQP1的表达水平可能与人鼻咽癌细胞的转移潜能密切相关。
Abstract: Objective: To study the expression levels of AQP1 in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cell lines with different metastatic capacities. Methods: AQP1 expression was detected using RT-PCR and Western blot inhuman NPC cell lines CNE-1, CNE-2 and 5-8F. Differences of AQP1 levels among 3 kinds of cell lines were then analyzed. Results: AQP1 expression could be detected in CNE-1, CNE-2 and 5-8Fcell lines. The AQP1 levels in 3 cell lines were different (P < 0.05), and the expression of AQP1 was increased with the degree of metastatic capacities in human NPC cell lines. Conclusions: The AQP1 expression is possibly associated with the metastatic potential of NPC cells.
