Discussion on Environmental Impact and Protection Measures of Irrigation and Water Conservancy Project Construction

摘要: 随着社会经济的快速发展，人们环境保护意识的不断提高，“环保”已经成为人们广泛关注的重大课题。在农田水利工程建设中，不可避免要改变原来的地形地貌或造成农田生态环境的破坏。农田水利工程是农业经济发展的基础命脉，与农业生产、农村经济发展、农民生活等各方面息息相关，密不可分。因此，如何协调农田水利建设与生态环境之间的良好关系，保持农业的可持续发展显得尤其重要。

Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s environmental protection awareness, “environmental protection” has become a major issue of wide-spread concern. In the construction of irrigation and water conservancy projects, it is inevitable to change the original topography or cause damage to the farmland ecological environment. Irrigation and water conservancy project is the basic lifeline of agricultural economic development, which is closely related to agricultural production, rural economic development, farmers’ life and other aspects. Therefore, how to coordinate the good relationship between irrigation and water conservancy construction and ecological environment and maintain the sustainable development of agriculture is particularly important.
