羊膜移植治疗睑球粘连的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Amniotic Membrane Transplantation in the Treatment of Symblepharon

摘要: 目的：探讨新鲜羊膜移植联合结膜瓣移植治疗睑球粘连的疗效。方法：采用新鲜羊膜移植联合结膜瓣移植对10例(10只眼)睑球粘连患者进行眼表重建，术后随访6~12个月。结果：新鲜羊膜移植联合结膜瓣移植后眼表恢复良好，成功率90%以上。结论：新鲜羊膜移植联合结膜瓣移植治疗睑球粘连成功率高，术后眼表恢复快、复发少等优点，是治疗睑球粘连的理想方法。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation combined with conjunctival flap transplantation in the treatment of blepharoplasty. Methods: Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation combined with conjunctival flap transplantation was used to recon-struct the ocular surface of 10 patients (10 eyes) with blepharon adhesion. The follow-up period was 6 to 12 months. Results: Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation combined with conjunctival flap transplantation recovered well, and the success rate was more than 90%. Conclusions: Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation combined with conjunctival flap transplantation is an ideal method for the treatment of blepharoplasty, which has the advantages of high success rate, rapid recovery of eye surface and less recurrence.
