摘要: 本文简介了昆明医科大学药学类本科生在毕业前的最后一个学期实施的个性化培养教育模式的设计理念、实施内容、功能发挥、管理规范等内容，突出个性化培养的设计、实施、管理为学生的毕业去向服务，努力提升学生的综合素质和能力，促进大学生创新创业。
Abstract: This work reported the design, contents, function and management of personalized education model applied in the last term for undergraduate in the fields of pharmaceutical sciences in Kunming Medical University. The model supported the employment and further education for students after graduation, to increase their comprehensive quality and capacity, with emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship. This study aimed to afford a new model for talents education of bachelor degree in the fields of pharmaceutical sciences.
