基于NI-VISA的测控设备远程自动化测试系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of RemoteAutomated Testing System for Measurement and Control Equipment Based on NI-VISA
摘要:
本文针对机动测控设备测量仪器仪表型号多、接口类型多的实际,为实现远程网络化、自动化测试,提出使用Agilent GPIB/LAN GateWay进行接口协议转换的硬件建设方案,利用Visual Studio. Net 2010开发环境,结合NI-VISA、Measurement Studio用户控件、数据库技术等设计一套兼容多类型测量仪器的远程自动化测试系统,并对其关键技术进行了深入的讨论。
Abstract:
In view of the fact that there are many types and interfaces of measuring instruments and instruments for mobile measurement and control equipment, in order to realize remote networking and automated testing, this paper puts forward a hardware construction scheme of interface protocol conversion using Agilent GPIB/LAN Gateway; using Visual Studio Net 2010 development environment, combining NI-VISA and Measurement Studio user control and database technology, designs a remote automated testing system compatible with multi-type measuring instruments; and dis-cusses the key technologies in depth.
